Personally, flowery prose is not for me. I struggled at times to fully understand what was being communicated to me because of the style, both in and out of the letters written to each character. Meaning, it's not just the characters who wrote this way, it's the authors themselves. I am very visual, so I sometimes have trouble imagining characters and places in my head because of the writing style. However, this book is still wonderful and worth reading. The way it connect and ends is wrapped up beautifully. There are some beautiful lines that you can take with you. I won't reveal too much, but I think this book is stunning, and if you love love stories, you'll like this one.
