If the Universe Is Teeming with Aliens ... Where Is Everybody?: Seventy-Five Solutions to the Fermi Paradox and the Problem of Extraterrestrial Life by Stephen Webb

challenging emotional informative slow-paced

3.5

I mostly agree with the authors solution to the Fermi paradox
Intelligence doesnt seem to constitute an evolutionary advantage to mlst species here on Earth, so it seems logical to conclude that intelligent alien civilizations are unimaginably rare, even if life turns out to be inevitable in planets with the right conditions.
However, I dont agree that means there isnt anybody out there. Nobody we can comunicate with, that is.
