"The Kind Diet" is a spirited book on the benefits of organic/whole/vegan foods and a lifestyle around said foods. I enjoyed the premise but found it lacking in execution. That said, the author's celebrity status has been success in introducing many of my peers to a healthier life and so for that I am greatful.
