What a roller-coaster...

I’m going to burn the entire fucking world down until I find her, and I don’t care who gets burnt.

Not gonna lie this was a torture to read 50% of the book are Addie in captivity and Zade losing his mind searching for her. There was some humor in zades chapters but overall this part wasn't a safe ride for my emotions 💀.

She shakes her head. “I don’t even know your last name. Or your birthday.”
I grin. “I’m sorry, I didn’t realize those things were so important.”
“Aren’t we having a heart-to-heart? Plus, you keep threatening me with marriage. Shouldn’t I know your last name?”
“Meadows, baby. Our last name is Meadows.”

The rest of the book was ok. The Smut is awesome just like in the first book but story wise although good it was quite predictable, which made it feel quite bland compared to the first book.

“You’ll always be safe with me, little mouse. Always.”

Anyway zade Meadows didn't disappoint me and although this book didn't meet my expectations the series overall is absolutely great and I'll definitely recommend it.

“Look at me while I ruin you, Adeline.”
Grip harsh, I jerk her face towards mine, capturing her wide caramel pools with my own.
“You will always be mine,” I growl. “Even in your fucking nightmares.”

Enjoy 💀🩸🌹
