I love Keiko and she deserves whatever she wants! This book is a really interesting commentary on the nature of work and how we use that as a marker of society. We expect others to relate to work in a specific way to have these very structured lives and folks who don't fit that mold are misunderstood, ridiculed, or excluded. If you like Ottessa Moshfegh, Osamu Dazai, or Toni Morrison, then I think you would like this book.
