This was one of those "kindle on the floor-up waaaay past when you should probably be asleep-finish in one sitting" type of reads.
Rachel is a badass that moves her family to town in IL after her husband is murdered. While in this town- the former mayor is murdered and Rachel helps 2 detectives to solve the case.
This was a good one. I see why it had all the good reviews it did. Definite page turner and has some Stillhouse Lake vibes.
