Did not finish book. Stopped at 40%.

I can understand the appeal because, well, I bought the damn book in the first place. However, I am not nor have I ever been a self help book lover. While this book isn’t marketed as such, it definitely is one in disguise. Maybe I didn’t like it because it caused me to look inwards and actually reflect on my own life and emotions, but regardless, I DNFed and will be happily returning to my fantasylands where a girl once again falls in love with a man who is a mass murderer (but of course has a soft spot for her)
