I know shouldn’t be into it… but I was very much into it. ❤️ it’s like a nice, baby version of dark mafia romance which I think is more my speed. The woman was not disrespected and a lot of authors don’t know know how to tow the line between dark and abuse. I’ve read too many books where the woman felt no pleasure and only pain and fear when with her partner. Why would I want to read that? Anyways, now that I’ve gone on my mini rant for the day, I liked the book. The action was a little all over the place, but the romance? *chef’s kiss*
