Thieves' Gambit
by Kayvion Lewis
Fast paced and action packed, this book is perfect for fans of Oceans 11 and National Treasure.
I found the beginning of the book dragged, but once the competition began, the pace picked up. The dialogue is witty and the concept is incredibly unique.
I did feel that the book ended abruptly and I wanted more. It felt incomplete (even if there will be a sequel) and rushed. I was a little disappointed considering how well thought out the rest of the book was.
Overall, an enjoyable read and would pick up a sequel.
I was given an ARC by NetGalley & Penguin Youth in exchange for an honest review.
