This was such a cozy read, the equivalent of cuddling up by the fire with a cup of tea. I adore L.M. Montgomery’s descriptions and style of storytelling that drags you in with all of the wistfulness of dreamland. I fell in love with the cast of characters and truly enjoyed seeing how their stories played out, each receiving their own well-earned happy ending. While I am a little dissatisfied with the somewhat anticlimactic end of the book, overall this was a joy to read.
