This story was much better than the other. I love Penelope and Collin, they are so adorable together.
Fist of all, I love a confident and awesome Penelope. She deserves so much. She is smart, brave and caring.
On the other side, Collin was worse than in other books: he was arrogant, he would easily get jealous, he also decided how and when to tell Penelope's Secret, and WHY DID HE TOOK SO LONG TO DISCOVER THAT PENELOPE WAS SUCH A CATCH???
Hope Lady Whistledown will comeback.. because she was awesome for the society.
