Super fast read! This book was fairly well written and a super interesting premise. I loved reading about the different worlds and the characters. The pacing of the story does feel a bit off though. The beginning is leisurely and enticing, doing a great job at an interesting introduction, but then it just rushes off head first, getting ahead of itself without giving the characters any time to develop. That, and there's a lot of exposition that I would've loved to have seen actually worked out in the the story instead of just having it stated.

The ending seems a bit rushed and leaves me with a lot of questions that will hopefully get addressed in the second book. The interesting setting and characters are what's making me grab the second book in this series.
