Umm not sure I enjoyed the set up of this one as much as the first. The whole fake proposal was a bit weird and make me feel a bit weird about our main girly. Which is a shame…cuz she’s pretty cool. 😎

I didn’t warm to Declan at all really. Obviously there were moments when I giggled, and the ending was lovely. But he lacked depth, there really wasn’t much to uncover or explore. He’s just grumpy & liked Iris off the bat. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 

I liked that we got some more family dynamics, not an awful lot surrounding Dreamland/the business though. Overall, another easy & chill read but I’m not quite feeling the love from this series 🤔
