My friend suggested this as a “pallet cleanser” of sorts as this author has quick thrillers that are fun. Reading this I thought it was going to be average. I was intrigued and wanted to know why in the world the husband was doing what he was doing. Then I got to what I thought was the big reveal and it was pretty good. Yet…the book still had several more chapters. Wait…what is going on? Then it happened. The twists of all twists. It took this book from average to really really great. It got me! My flabbers were ghasted! 👏🏻👏🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
