The Language of Butterflies: How Thieves, Hoarders, Scientists, and Other Obsessives Unlocked the Secrets of the World's Favorite Insect by Wendy Williams

funny informative inspiring fast-paced

4.0

I'm not sure I have ever read a more engrossing non-fiction book, particularly about butterflies. Part of me expected to be left disheartened with the environmental pressures we've put on the insects, and I will admit that there is a lot of that, but I also felt hopeful that things can change for the better. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in butterflies, insects, or biology in general.
