House of Slaughter, Vol. 3: The Butcher's Return by Tate Brombal, James Tynion IV

3.0

I really like these characters and the overall story. I'm a little wary of how loosey-goosey this volume gets with its expansion of the world's monster canon. I want to know if the talking crow is meant to be a monster that was trapped in a living animal or some entirely other kind of magic like voodoun. And how does the Slaughter House seem to be able to just manifest particular monsters in various places at-will?!
