I had higher hopes for this one as it’s recommended constantly. I gave it 4 stars so I definitely didn’t hate it but I sure didn’t LOVE it either. It’s a unique story but I felt like there are some gaps.
Why couldn’t Archer get the surgery to fix his voice when he got older? There was a lot that felt like foreshadowing during the story but it ended up just being the way the author was writing. There were a couple of phrases that were overused throughout and the repetition bothered me sometimes. Otherwise it was cute and unique, just not sure why so many people are in LOVE with the story.
