I loved this book. I can’t not wait for the next. Thank you so much to Libro.fm for releasing the ALC to me. It was such a good listen and the narrator did such a wonderful job expressing so much emotion in every line of dialogue. Tigest Girma did wonderful work with this story. I am getting back into vampires this fall, and what a start into the season. The characters were compelling, the romance had me waiting for more every chapter, and the emotional switches Kidan goes through was so phenomenal to read. Kidan and her relationship with Susenyos and her relationship with June are so well explored and in depth. Kidan’s relationship with all of the characters and their relationships with each other kept me so invested and I couldn’t put the story down. I can not wait for the second book.
