And Then There Were None
by Agatha Christie
One of the most famous book of Agatha Christie had been read by me in a day. That's quite an achievement, lol.
The moment I read this, how she introduced the characters one by one, reminded me of Detective Conan. I kept thinking that Conan is inspired by Holmes, but (this is my 2nd book of Christie) I kept finding similarities between Conan and Christie's book. Like how the culprit is hiding between the characters, and how usually the good guy was the culprit.
I kept thinking how the book would end. I was sure that the culprit would faking his death and finish the rhyme. Yet still, it amazed me. I had my guessing, but Christie cleverly blurred my vision and I was confused till the end. I thought therr would be no explanation, like leaving the book as a mystery.
