I'd give this a solid 3.5/5 stars. This is a good book from a not too well known author, who I really enjoyed her writing. The story actually has a similar premise as the SyFY tv show "Dark Matter," but the memory loss comes in a much more brutal matter. They wake up as clones as themselves, and these clones only happen when their previous body dies (this way they can continuously clone themselves and add their memory to their clone and live long lives). However, this time they all wake up at the same time, cloned and with no memory of what happened. They wake up to the entire crew having been murdered as their only clue. This explains why they have no memory, they had no time to back up their memories. This becomes a in space mystery of what happened. The characters are interesting and I felt an overall strong writing performance.
