The Nobody by Jeff Lemire

4.0

Went into this completely blind to discover it's an adaptation of H.G. Wells' The Invisible Man. Haven't read the original, so I can't judge this graphic novel based on that.

I'm a big fan of Jeff Lemire's colorless art, especially in this piece. It feels like it fits with the invisible man in a small town vibe, maybe because it has Twilight Zone vibes. A quick satisfying read that could have been made bland with a less skilled artist and a more aggressive main character.
