The Cabinet of Curiosities
by Douglas Preston, Lincoln Child
As I read the final page, closed the book, and set it in front of me, I found myself at a loss for words.
Superb novel. I was so happy to have read this book. I have now become a walking AD for these authors, and I cannot wait to read more.
They are wonderful with description; they do not over-power you with nonsense, and can paint a picture with the fewest of words. Their dialogue is believable, and their characters are the most memorable to date.
Pendergast and Smithback, I await your return! ;)
