I love this book! I loved every character from the moment each was introduced. Although I also had some trouble at the beginning of the book, I couldn't put it down once I got about 50 pages in. Usually I give it 100, so this wasn't bad. I get all of the symbolism and Homer references. But sometimes you just have to read a book and enjoy it. Please stop over analyzing every detail of what you think the author meant by his or that and just read it, feel it.
