nerdyreferencelibrarian89 's review for:
Gyo, Vol. 2
by Junji Ito
Bizarre, creepy, and unsettling, this was an amazing horror experience. Ito has a great combination of everyday fears (like claustrophobia) that combine with weird goings on the create a relatable but also otherworldly experience.
The art style and stark lines create some very strong visuals, and compelling weird horrors.
It got me interested in more of the author's work and I can't wait to read more.
