Okay so I got an ARC for this book which I am so grateful for! So I finally managed to finish this book and omg this book had so much potential. The start of the book was really slow and it fell very flat for me. The scenes where not described enough and lacked explanation? (idk how else to say it lol) The scenes would jump from one point to another without giving a full picture of what was actually going on which left me really confused. I had to keep going back and keep rereading just to make sure it was not me who missed something.
I also had a very hard time with the writing, it felt like the same lines were used over and over again every sentence (eg- he growled, his eyes pierced into mine etc.) which made me want to DNF it.
But it does get better towards the end of the book and the end did make me want to stay up and finish the book. This book had a very great idea but the editor really did the author dirty. But all in all you should give it a try :)
