Cure for the Common Breakup by Beth Kendrick

4.0

This was a very fun, beachy summer read! After a plane crash and a seriously awful breakup ("I love you...but not enough" ouch), flight attendant Summer heads to Delaware to heal, both mentally and physically. The town, Black Dog Bay, is a very cute beach town and the locals are all fun and supportive characters. I found this book to have just the right amount of romance and humor without being too over the top and I read through the story quickly. I would love to know more about the backstories of the other characters in the book (Marla-the B&B owner, Hollis-an ex-Hollywood actress now running a bookstore, Hattie- the town grump). Overall, a great book for anyone looking for a fun and quick read!
