This book. It exceeded my expectations! 3 waring countries, each with their own people, gargoyle, fae, and dragon. Ariel is a half breed mixed with dragon. Her childhood best friend is a halfbreed gargoyle who tried to kill her a few years ago. This is a slow burn, friends to enemies to lovers story with so many twists and turns your head will spin... but in the best way! Just when I thought it would end and I couldn't be surprised by anything else, BAM! Highly recommended.
