Lock & West by Alexander C. Eberhart
4.0
More like 4.5 stars.
I’ve been taking forever to finish reading books lately, but I absolutely DEVOURED this book. It wasn’t quite what I expected, but in a really good way. Parts of it were almost heartbreakingly relatable, and so much of the time I just wanted to hug West and tell him everything would be okay. The supporting characters also felt very well-developed.
This book deals with some really heavy topics, so definitely don’t go into it lightly if you’re easily triggered. But it’s an amazing read and I’m so glad I picked it up. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an emotional and realistic YA romance.
