Astrophysics for People in a Hurry by Neil deGrasse Tyson

5.0

As some note, this book is written vaguely like a report, stating facts and trying to briefly break these concepts down into bite sized pieces.
He writes each chapter in a way that flows between subjects and bits of his personality shines through with personal anecdotes or silly fart jokes. I appreciated these bits because it makes this massive and somewhat intimidating subject seem fun and casual.
The last chapter for me secured the though that everyone, no matter their background, should read this book at some point in their lives, if only to vaguely understand the vastness of the universe.
