I enjoyed this book way more than I was expecting to. I normally really struggle with thrillers because the twists at the end tend to come out of nowhere, or it ends up being pretty predictable (that is my normal experience). However, with this book, while I could sense where the book was going, the twist wasn't necessarily guessable or way out there.  I could see the threads from the beginning of the book that led to that while also feeling doubt. So, since that's really been my first time being able to say that I would say that this book is a win, and I would recommend it to people who feel like they have the same problem with the thriller genre.
Also, I highly, HIGHLY recommend listening to the audiobook instead of reading it. The production of the book was formatted so that it felt like you were listening to a true crime podcast, and it just brought it to life. I don't think that would have translated the same if I had just read the print version.
