bad fruit tackles an array of important topics in such a deeply human and effective way. i stayed up until 4am finishing it, i was desperate to know how it ended. bad fruit is one of those books i don't really know how to put how i felt into words, especially without spoiling anything, but i absolutely loved it—even though it gutted me. it's a HEAVY (metaphorically speaking) book—be sure to check trigger warnings because there are a PLETHORA of them.
