I really liked this book. It was very straightforward but fun. I liked that the reader was given just enough information and was not overloaded with fluff (which is a particular brand of fantasy that I just cannot get behind typically). I thought the narrative structure blended really effectively with the implicit way Kai comes to learn about the world through body switching.
