This book was a cute and quick read mainly about finding valuable female friendship as an adult. I also appreciated how the Asian parent-daughter relationship dynamic was portrayed. As for the mystery aspect, I guessed who the killer was early on, but I still enjoyed the rest of the book. The book is fairly predictable. However, the humor, the relatability of the characters, and the friendships kept me reading. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC.
