This book was recommended to me YEARS ago by a friend who is now way up the corporate ladder. I saw the book in a used book store shortly after she recommended it and I toted it around through various moves until I finally took it off the shelf this year. By now it feels very dated to me. I have no intention of climbing any corporate ladder so it didn't hold my attention. My friend really liked it so it must really resonate for some folks. I'm glad it does but it just didn't click for me.
