Little Lies by H. Hunting, Helena Hunting

4.0

I feel that with Little lies Helena takes a different path from her previous books, this book was definitely more emotional and angsty and im honestly not complaining because it was awesome and im obsessed with the characters, the world, the plot, EVERYTHING!!!!
Lavender and Kodiak were childhood best friends that never knew how to manage their feelings and started to create a dependency on each other, this makes their parents separate them and now a few years later they have to tolerate each other presence, so yes Little Lies serves childhood best Friends to enemies to lovers and, one of the best tropes if it's done correctly wich Helena totally did.
now Lavender was a surprise because she really has a strong personality, shes not only a shy girl, she's strong, resilient, smart, her process with having anxiety was well written and her development with it was so wholesome and more important she stood on her ground throughout the whole book and never took bullshit from anyone.
Kodiak, on the other hand, was a pain in the ass, and a really hard character to understand, but after reading his part of the story and to get in his head he was perfect, I loved his character and I adored his development with lavender.
Now we just wait until we get a confirmation for the next books because I need more of all them.
the reason I took one start was for some sex scenes, that were so????? like it made me cringe so bad lmao
