Really, really enjoyed this book. It was a pleasant mix of fast and slow, of action and character-exploration. It was a nice and much-needed change of pace from the previous story. I'm honestly at that point in the series where I'm happy to see the characters interact with anyone and anything. I'm just glad to be in their head for some 400 pages again. The books are a wild ride, and I'm the cowboy of the wild west going giddy up.
