so good. almost gave it 5 stars. i was not a fan of the flirtatiousness and intimacy

laith seemed to be taking advantage of in order to get to arthie.

that's just me not enjoying it as a tactic and all because they were attracted to each other. HOWEVER i think that works well for readers interested in this kind of conflict. that ending was very good. high-octane. crazy plot twists. i need book 2.
