A short story that I didn’t think I needed so much. It’s so beautifully written, and so sad... The story takes place before the trilogy and focuses on the past of Arin - the main male character - when he was only a child, with his mother.

This story shows us why Arin is so obsessed, in the last volume, with the God of Death.

When he was little, he was often sick and wondered a lot about his birth. He especially asked his mother to tell him stories, including one about how the stars are made. It is a touching story mixing gods, brothers and sisters, myths...

And this end, how not to cry..?

Et cette fin, how not to cry..?
