This book wasn’t bad but I found Isabella extremely infuriating as a FMC. She acts weak and super dependent on Roman but then is pissy he ‘left’ her for 3 years saying he was always supposed to protect her and now she’s “strong” and doesn’t need him when in reality she does
I also found one spicy scene cringy because it went like this: “He slides himself up and down my center, coating himself in my slick”. Maybe it’s just me but I hate when the FMC’s p*ssy is referred to as “my core” or “my center” or “my heat”. And wtf MY SLICK??? Not even my slickness or something else used to describe it
