The following pretty much sums up my thoughts…..please let it end. It felt like a YA book with a bunch of whining teenagers that turned into whining adults. And I’m sure you’ve noticed I gave it two stars and I did that because it had a strong story line. There were some good aspects of this book but it was just wasn’t developed. I can’t stand to read a book that never ends and this never ended. And ironically the line I wrote down when I started reading to use from the book was “Today, something starts that will never end.” Did the author mean to do that? I skimmed the last handful of chapters and it didn’t take anything away from the story. The story was told from alternating timelines which wasn’t bad.
