<b>Lovecraftian Horror at its Best!</>
I've discovered Eric LaRocca in the past year and have absolutely fallen in love with his work. I've been so excited that not only did I request an eARC of this, his debut novel, I preordered the physical package as well.
Everything the Darkness Eats tells the story of various characters as they go about their lives in a small town in Connecticut. This book is Lovecraftian horror at it's best, without the prejudice and fear of the outsider.
I loved the way everyone's stories were interwoven. You really got a good look at each character's life and motivations. I think my only question is what will happen to the town, and its people, now that everything is over.
