As someone who just read haunting adeline and hunting adeline back to back yesterday thes was a REAL breath of fresh air. The way that Cammie's intellect is simultaneously helping her and sabotaging her decisions not only academically but also romantically is a very interesting dynamic that is present in this book. This book also features VERY DIVERSE CHARACTERS (unlike haunting adeline) I can actually remember the characters after reading the book this time! That is much appreciated for a book that i thought I would hate just because if the cover, is truly is correct that you do not judge a book by its cover, I loved this book even if I thought the cover (and also the title) is kinda cringe worthy. WHICH IS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF IT ENDS WITH US [by coleaeaen huvir] I once judged the book by its beautiful imagery of flowers and the title being interesting through it ends with us but it definitely is something that belongs in the trash can.
