The Couple Next Door may not fit the traditional definition of a thrilling or scary novel, and the plot twist might not have been mind-blowing, but it still managed to capture my interest.
It turned out to be a quick, easy, and chill read that I surprisingly loved. I can definitely see myself having this as a l comfort read!!
It had such a solid storyline with a plot that actually made me want to continue
While the characters in The Couple Next Door made some questionable decisions, even to the point of being extremely stupid, there was still a certain charm to them. Their likability factor managed to outweigh their flaws, making them endearing in their own way.
If you're looking for a light and undemanding read, this book might just be the perfect fit.
