this book was much better than the first book. it took until i was like 60% into the book for me to really become invested finally but i enjoyed it overall.

it does end with nox and amaris separated AGAIN after only being together for like two chapters AGAIN so like. kind of annoying idk and the plot twists felt a little forced to move the story along
