"Jewel Me Twice" by Charish Reid is a delightful heist romance that revolves around two old lovers who come together once again to pull off a job. Celeste and Magnus haven't met since their last job, which didn't go well. Although there is minimal beef between them, the confused feelings still exist. They never talked about anything personal or were technically in a relationship. So, while quickly establishing a rapport, they hesitate to indulge in true intimacy. This book is an excellent recommendation for anyone looking for a light and fun contemporary romance featuring racially diverse characters with a touch of heat.
