This was a challenging book, but not in a bad way! Challenging because its content brought so many things to reflect upon and that's why it took me so long to finish it.
Overall, the book is good. As I mentioned, it made me reflect about the way I'm leaving my life and this is good. The questions and the suffering (sometimes) made me realise I have such a full life and everything that is not the way I wanted yet, I can have if I keep focus on it. My favorite part of the book was how the author explains (based on science) how to get rid of what is limiting you, but most important, how to recognise it in the first place.
I'm giving 3.5 stars only because I don't agree with everything he presents to the reader and how, sometimes, he makes feel easy to change things in your life. You just have to want and manifest it to the quantum! I know it is not THAT easy, so in my opinion I think the author could have been more careful in choosing certain words within the book.
Apart from that, I highly recommend the book!
