The Late Bloomers' Club by Louise Miller

Perhaps because I am also of a “certain age,” but I found this book to be a bit melancholy. It does have a nice pace and I found myself feeling such a range of emotions for the characters. Overall, it’s a sweet little book with a little d of old-fashioned small town feel.
