My first experience with this book was my dad reading it to me and my brother. I did not think I would like it at first and honestly thought it sounded stupid. As he read it more to us, however, I ended up going out and getting my own copy (well my dad bought it for me) and reading ahead. It starts out a little dry but that's to set up the story. Past the first couple of chapters, it hooks you in and you cannot stop reading.
