I don't know why it took me so long to pick this book up.... I kept fearing that it won't live up to the hype?
But boy was I wrong.
Also, I was kind of trying to prolong the pain that I've seen it bought to so many people.
And boy did this book wreck me.
This is easily one of the best books I've read this year and it's definitely gonna be in my top 3 books this year.
Elliot. This man is the man of my dreams. The way he loved Mace... It felt so fulfilled. So complete. So full. I don't know how else to describe it. The way it only took him meeting her for 2 minutes only to go home and break up with his girlfriend because he knew he always loved Mace....
Mace... This girl was so strong throughout that my heart ached for her sometimes. She is such a well written character that you'll feel for her... With her...
These two together? The way that they always loved each other... Always held each other in their hearts... Always knew that nothing and no one can take the place that they both had in each other's lives?.... Ahh! Such a wholesome book.
Such a wholesome love.
Such a "once in a lifetime" kind of love.
Such a beautiful love to be able to read about.
I am in such a big slump now because I don't think I can read anything now that'll make me feel this good?
This book broke pieces of heart and put it back together in ways I didn't know was possible.
I finished reading it yesterday, and since that moment up until now the only thing I've been able to think about is this book.
This book has consumed me... In such a wholesome way.
