You Didn't Hear This from Me: (Mostly) True Notes on Gossip
by Kelsey McKinney
challenging
funny
informative
fast-paced
As a life-long gossip, the premise of this book is almost intoxicating. It felt freeing after reading it./ I loved how the author was able to transform this soical taboo into one of nessecity. Gossip is entrenched in our everyday lives, its how we navigate the world arround us. It's how we build connections, learn information, and shift perspectives.
I am not a non-fiction lover, but I loved making my way through this book. It felt both casual and thoroughly academic and made me re-think a lot of my preconceived notions about gossip and where they originated from. Truly a must-read.
